Depending on the surface, it takes between 12 - 24 hours for the tiles to be completely adhered to the surface it was installed on.

No, however you may need a utility knife or scissors to cut the tiles in order to customize the tiles to fit your space and/or around electrical outlets etc.. We also recommend using a squeegee. Once the tiles are in place, firmly use a squeegee to go over the tiles to ensure they are properly adhered to the surface.

Our Vinyl Way are fire resistant, according to standard NF EN 13501-1. However, we do not recommend any direct contact with flames.

No, the adhesive complies with the strictest government guidelines. A glue smell can persist for up to 3 days in unventilated spaces, but does not present any danger.

Products may be returned within 30 days after the delivery. After the 30 day period we are unable to offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging accompanied by the packing slip

For general returns on normal, undamaged goods, the dollar amount of the product and sales tax will be refunded. Shipping fees are not refunded. To return products, please use a trackable and insured shipping method. Vinyl Way is not responsible for shipping fees, damaged or lost returns. Refunds will be issued once the items are brought back to our warehouse and are inspected. We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the return. It may take up to 5 business days to see the refund on your credit card statement. Refunds will be issued with the same payment method used as the original payment.
